1. Operator and acceptance
Pata Social Engine is operated by Pata Gastro Bar at Rua das Farinhas 7, Lisboa, Portugal. By accessing the application, you agree to these terms and confirm that Pata Gastro Bar has authorized your access.
2. Authorized use only
The application is a private business tool. You must use it only for Pata Gastro Bar's legitimate content operations, follow assigned roles and approval workflows, keep credentials confidential, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
3. Content responsibilities
You must have the rights and permissions needed for any photo, video, music, caption, trademark or personal image you upload or publish. You must not submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harmful or privacy-invasive material. Content must receive the approvals required by Pata before publication.
4. Connected platforms
Connecting or publishing to TikTok or another service also subjects you to that platform's rules. You authorize Pata Social Engine to act on the selected Pata-controlled account only within the permissions displayed during connection. Platform access may be revoked from the application or the platform account settings.
5. Automated assistance
The application may suggest captions, edits, schedules or other content. These outputs can be incomplete or unsuitable. An authorized person remains responsible for reviewing accuracy, rights, brand suitability and legal compliance before approval or publication.
6. Intellectual property
Pata Gastro Bar retains its rights in its brands, materials and business content. Users retain any rights they lawfully hold in submitted material while granting Pata the permissions required to store, adapt, review and publish it for authorized restaurant operations.
7. Availability and changes
The application and third-party integrations may change, pause or become unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, social-platform acceptance, audience reach or performance results. We may alter features to improve security, reliability or compliance.
8. Suspension and termination
Pata may suspend or remove access when authorization ends, these terms are breached, or action is reasonably needed to protect accounts, data or services. On termination, users must stop using the application and return or delete confidential information as directed.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pata is not liable for indirect losses, third-party platform decisions, or issues caused by unauthorized use, user-supplied content or external services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Privacy
Personal data is processed as described in the Pata Social Engine Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Courts with jurisdiction in Portugal will resolve disputes, without limiting any mandatory rights that apply by law.
